Business Service at V-Law

Many of the questions that come up when you are starting, thinking about starting or running your own business are not strictly legal questions. They are general business questions or questions that span both the business and legal areas. This was immediately apparent to me when I first started to practice in California. Thus, I developed a philosophy and billing approach that makes it practical to get the help when you need it but can afford it the least. Past services have ranged from a full time turn around (see resume - sheetmetal firm) to site evaluation, writing business plans, designing accounting systems and drafting documents etc.

At V-Law we use a lower fee schedule for business consulting then legal services. V-Law has also arranged for accountants, insurance brokers, graphic artists, sound designers, sound contractors, multimedia authors, hardware and software design consultants, and other specialists to be available to work with V-Law clients.

Legal Services at V-Law - Court Appearances

V-Law may be retained to represent you or make court appearances for you. In the greater Seattle area we may accept family law and business matters including trials as well as matters that do not require court appearances. Outside the greater Seattle area V-Law may accept business and personal matters that do not normally require court appearances.

The cost of time and travel usually makes hiring an out of town attorney not cost effective for litigation.
